The Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (UniKL MIIT) saw an overwhelming turnout of about 500 participants during its two-day Career Connect 2026 programme.
Organised by the Counselling and Career Development Unit, the flagship event was open to all UniKL members as well as the public.

Nearly 20 companies took part in the programme, including Maybank, AIA, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, Etiqa, and Telekom Malaysia.
Attendees had the opportunity to engage directly with recruiters, explore job openings, and gain insights into industry expectations.

The event also featured an inspirational talk by twin speakers Mohammad Amin and Mohammad Abid, youth content creators and digital influencers, who shared their career journeys and personal experiences.
Their session offered practical advice and motivation, focusing on personal branding, strengthening soft skills, and preparing early for the transition from student life to the working world.

Held in conjunction with UniKL MIIT Info Day, the event also allowed visitors to explore academic programmes while discovering career opportunities.
This combination created a holistic experience, helping participants better align their educational pathways with future career goals.
