Norsiah Ahiddin, an alumna of the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Institute of Medical Science Technology (UniKL MESTECH), has once again been recognised for her credibility and contributions to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry with the Sabah State’s Anugerah Usahawan Lepasan IPMA.
The award was presented on 14 December 2025 in conjunction with the Majlis Anugerah Usahawan MARA Negeri Sabah, held at the Sabah International Convention Centre.
This recognition adds to her growing list of accolades, which includes the Anugerah Kecemerlangan Industri Sabah (AKIS), 100 Most Outstanding SME Sabah, Successful People in Malaysia, and, most recently, Universiti Kuala Lumpur’s Prominent Alumni Award 2024.
Originally from Matunggong, Sabah, Norsiah founded Norcy Beauty Lab, a chemical laboratory-based business, and established its first manufacturing plant in 2019.

A graduate of the Bachelor of Clinical Laboratory Science (Hons.) programme at UniKL MESTECH, her enterprise has since supported numerous founders in realising their business aspirations, not only in Malaysia but also in neighbouring countries such as Brunei and Indonesia.
Her expertise in the health and beauty industry is well recognised, particularly through the establishment of the first cosmetic manufacturing facility outside urban areas in Sabah to be certified with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, as well as Halal certification by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).
The facility serves as a one-stop production hub for a diverse range of beauty and health products derived from natural resources.
In addition to developing innovative and technology-driven products, Norsiah is also an accredited consultant with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), enabling her to conduct entrepreneurship programmes and skills-based training courses.
In addition, she has won the Best Product Sabah Champion award from the Department of Industry Development and Research (DIDR) and the Peladang Muda Jaya award from the Kudat Area Farmers’ Organisation.
