‘Hari Integriti dan Anti-Rasuah Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) 2022’ that concluded today manifests the university’s ongoing exertions to foster integrity, not limited to, among its students.
Director of UniKL Centre for Student Development (CSD), Prof. Madya Dr. Tuan Salwani Awang @ Salleh in her closing remarks said that, as a leading technical university in Malaysia, the task is not just to produce graduates adept in academic disciplines, but also to educate human beings with admirable qualities.
“This is consistent with our efforts to ingrain positive values through the G-HOCS system – General Higher Order Critical Skills. It comprises the SPICES values namely spiritual, physical, intellectual, career, emotional, and social,” told her, during a virtual closing ceremony, held today (25 May 2022).
‘Hari Integriti dan Anti-Rasuah UniKL 2022’ is held for the first time and has been conducted in stages from 21 March until 28 May 2022, specifically for students who attend UniKL’s MPU 34102 and MPU 24102 Integrity & Anti-Corruption Courses.
As part of the programme, three competitions were conducted viz poster, video and quiz contests that revolved around integrity and anti-corruption.
Both poster and video contests were judged at the campus level, which was then brought to assessment at the Chancellery level by CSD, Corporate Branding and Strategic Communication Department (CBSCD), and Integrity and Governance Unit (IGU) representatives.
